1. Acceptance of Terms

hph77 reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Account sharing, transferring, selling, or allowing another person to access your account is prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

hph77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from Philippine banks including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, PNB, Landbank, and Chinabank. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) from accounts held in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. hph77 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification requirements.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours from the time of request, subject to verification and compliance checks. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification documentation including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, in the same name as registered on your hph77 account. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable fees are clearly stated on the withdrawal page. hph77 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests if there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

hph77 operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that raises suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

Players must wager their deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting withdrawal, unless otherwise specified. Deposits and withdrawals must not be used as a money transfer service. hph77 maintains the right to freeze accounts and cooperate with law enforcement investigations when criminal activity is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

8.3 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall hph77's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions exceed the amount of funds in your account balance or PHP 10,000, whichever is less. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which your claim is based.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by hph77

hph77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause, in our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, failure to verify identity, underage gambling, suspicious betting patterns, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that we deem harmful to hph77, other players, or our business operations.

Upon termination of your account by hph77, we will endeavor to return any remaining balance to you, less any amounts owed to hph77 and subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these terms. 9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem or wish to take a break from gaming, you may request self-exclusion from hph77 services. Self-exclusion periods may range from temporary cooling-off periods to permanent closure.
